Routine decisions are made under the operations support system, which controls the operational process. Knowledge Work System (KWS) is used at the knowledge level of this organization. Typically knowledge workers are the users of such systems. For example, a petroleum refinery with the help of an engineering knowledge work system will automatically perform chemical monitoring or testing using electronic sensors connected to a computer and provide instructions on how to do so. This will complete the proper cleaning process.
Management Information System - MIS
The management information system (MIS) of any organization is a continuous process, which expresses the interdependence of the elements involved in the system and the accurate, precise and accurate information used to implement the interdependence is called the management information system. Briefly, the relationship of information technology with management is called Management Information System (MIS).
