System restore and back-up


In order to protect the computer system from accidents, backup of all software or necessary software must be done at certain intervals. This backup file should be kept on a computer separate from the system. It is safer if the computer where the backup is kept is at another geographical distance. Because, this remote computer may not be disabled or destroyed in any natural disaster.

In Windows system, select System restore or Backup from System Tools under Program/All Program menu from Start menu. Following this wizard and selecting the desired option will result in a system backup.

System Restore: To restore the system, you need to keep a system backup. By knowing the location of this backup file, system restore should be started. In the wizard system, from the Start menu, Program / All Program menu, Accessories, System Tools, System Restore or Backup must be selected. Then the following window will appear. System restore can be done by selecting the desired option in this windows. Note here that restore point must be created before system restore. This restore point is when the system will be restored. The same wizard is used to create restore points. After selecting Create a restore point in this wizard, click Next button. Then after selecting the required option the restore point will be created. Note that the theoretical discussion of utilities such as disk defragmentation, scan disk, system cleaning etc. has been done in the operating system posts.


Solution: System setup disk is required for any Windows problem. But there is no Windows CD/DVD, the computer is not booting on time. System Repair Disk can help in such situations. This will fix your windows not starting.

• Type system repair disc in the start menu and enter. System Repair Disk will open in Create.

 • Insert CD/DVD write blank disc and click on create disc.

. This disk will take up only 142 megabytes of space, so if you want, you can also write it to a CD.

. This time, if the computer does not boot due to any system problem, it should be booted from this disk.

. Select operating system from the next menu and go to next.



After that you will see the recovery options. This time, if you repair Windows using the necessary options, hopefully the computer will start again.
