Malicious regulation of power supply and its prevention

Control of power supply damage and its prevention

Computers can have various problems related to power supply. Irregular supply of electricity is one of the problems related to computer power supply. Besides, not having proper voltage, frequent power supply, power return in shortest time interval, lack of earthing, fault in power supply unit, heating of internal parts of power supply unit, not getting proper voltage and signal at output power supply unit switch Not working mode etc. are some of the harmful regulators of power supply. All these problems and solutions are described below --

(a) Voltage problem : Damage to computers and other electrical appliances due to high voltage is a regular occurrence in our country. A voltage stabilizer can be used to avoid this condition. Many times when the voltage is much lower than required, any electrical appliance used in the home cannot be operated. In this case, the computer should be turned off.

(b) Sudden power outage : Load shedding is a common phenomenon in our country. If the power suddenly goes off while the computer is on, the unprotected part of the work will be destroyed. Temporary or permanent problems may occur in the operating system. The hard disk is the most damaged if the power goes out suddenly. It reduces its lifespan. To solve this problem, at least 15 minutes of power supply should be used with UPS.

(c) Short Power Outage: A short power outage usually occurs within one to two seconds. In this case, the time interval between power outages and power outages is so short that the user will realize that a power outage has occurred after the computer starts the process of shutting down and restarting. This is a serious problem for computers. Due to this, almost all devices including processor, RAM, hard disk can be damaged. The solution in this case is to use a suitable UPS.

(d) Earthing problem: Most of the houses in our country do not have earthing system for electricity. In this case, computer users can feel a small amount of electricity when they touch the metal part of the computer. As a result, the computer user is in a kind of panic. Provision of earthing for electricity in the house and use of sandals or shoes made of non-conductive material on the feet.

(e) Problems with Power Supply Unit: Using low power Power Supply Unit, Faulty Power Supply Unit, Overheating of internal parts of Power Supply Unit, Not getting proper voltage and signal at output, Power Supply Unit not working in switch mode. etc. How many problems of power supply unit.

What should the processor look at?

The things that we all should keep an eye on are the processor or not; 1. Clock speed 2. Number of course 3. cache memory 4. FBS 1. Clock Speed: It is also called GH2. All processors are written on. Clock speed means how fast your computer can work. That's what this signal means. The speed of the processor is known through this clock speed, how fast the calculation can be done. 2. Number of Cores: The more cores the processor has, the faster the processor can work. If I give an example to explain the matter, I hope you can understand it very easily. Suppose if a person had many hands, then he could do many things at the same time. That is, if we go to the market and buy a smartphone, then we will see what the configurations of the phone are. If we look closely at the configuration of the smartphone, we will see that Dual Core Processor, Quad Core Processor, Octa core processor, Hexa core processor, Deca core processor. This means that the dual core processor has two arms or cores, ...

What is transmission media? Introduction to different types of data transmission cables

Transmission media: When a PC communicates or wants to communicate with another PC, it has to take the help of some transmission media. The most commonly used media in the network are twisted pair cable, coaxial cable, fiber optic cable. Nowadays, the use of optical fiber is increasing greatly. Radio wave, microwave and infrared technologies are prominent among wireless media. Among these mediums, optical fiber has the highest data transfer speed. The type of medium used in a network depends on the type and location of that network. The connection system for exchanging information between the sender and the remote receiving end is called a channel. The means or methods used to implement the channel are called media. such as-- (i) Cable or wire. (ii) Common telephone lines. (ii) Radio waves. (iv) Microwave. (v) Geo-satellite systems etc. Cable or Wire: Cable is an important medium in data communication. Cables are generally used for data transfer over short range networking such as LAN...
