Firstly we talk about some misconceptions taken on Li-Fi technology - -
Many people think that Li-Fi is 100 times faster than WiFi. In fact, I myself have seen this in many places. But in fact it is a misconception. Because, the current technology of WiFi is IEEE 802.11ad which is capable of providing speeds up to 600 Gbps. Which was never found in the Li-Fi test. So if you think that this technology is 100 times faster than WiFi, then it is a misconception.
Another misconception is that if you download a movie using Li-Fi , it will be downloaded in 1 second or 2 seconds. You see, that's not the point at all. In fact, the speed of the Internet depends on your Internet service provider or ISP and the server from which you download the movie. I don't think there is a server today that is capable of 100 Gbps speeds. However, you can transfer files locally at a speed of 100 Gbps.
Now lastly we talk about the future of Li-Fi technology --
Life is a completely new technology. So maybe it won’t be available or available for use right now. Maybe in the next 10 years, the use of Lifi may start in full swing. The Lifi device may have been pre-installed on the smartphone or tablet at that time. However, I can clearly say that in the coming days, Li-Fi will be able to take the place of Wi-Fi.
The range of Li-Fi will not be much. Because it will be on your head, so you have to use Li-Fi from a particular place. However, you can rest assured of high speed data exchange.
