Personal Information Manager: Personal information management is an important task for increasing office efficiency. People adopt various measures to manage this personal information. (ii) Maintaining calendar and e-diaries

(iii) Storing address book or contacts and

(iv) Creating task schedule appointments and timely reminders etc.
