The story of the mobile telephone revolution!

Mobile Communication

A mobile phone is a small electronic device for receiving and transmitting sound or data
that has input and output units A display unit is also used to make a cellular phone or mobile phone. A mobile or cell phone receives the signal from the tower. Mobile phones within a few miles make connections through these towers.

Generations of Mobile Telephone:

Mobile phone technology has been divided into 4 generations from its inception to the present period.

1. First generation: The journey of this generation started in 1983. The first generation was mainly analogue mobile phones used the first generation of mobile phones was built on analogue systems. There are three notable systems in the first generation --

1. Advanced Mobile Phone System (AMPS)

2. Nordic Mobile Telephone (NMT)

3. Total Access Communication System (TACS)

Features:

1. Using analogue systems as radio signals.

2. Use of mobile radio telephones as a mobile telephony standard.

3. Use of semiconductor technology.

 4. Use of microprocessors.

5. AMPS, NMT. Use of TACS system.

6. Cell encoding method is FDMA

2. Second Generation: The second generation of mobiles was introduced in Europe in the 1990s through the use of GSM technology
The journey of the phone begins. This generation was the first to use digital technology. Some of the technologies used in the second generation are --

Frequency Division Multiple Access (FDMA)

Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA)

Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA)

Global System for Mobile Communication (GSM)

Features:

 1. Introduction of digital systems as radio signals.

2. Origin of the GSM standard.

3. Text messaging takes off.

4. Use of wireless technology.

5. Use of core switch network approach for handling mobile data.

3. Third Generation: The third generation started in 2001 with the use of W-CDMA technology. 3G telecommunication is a technology that includes GSM, EDGE, UMTS and CDMA 2000 technology and using this technology it is possible to provide voice calls, video calls, and WiMAX services through the phone.

Features:

Integration and successful use of GSM, EDGE, UMTS and CDMA 2000 technologies.

1. Use of packet switching method in data transmission.

2. Video call facility.

3. USB modem connection facility.

5. Benefits of using the Internet.

6. System to spread the signal evenly all around.

7. International roaming facility is introduced.

8. Internet connection is provided at all times.

° In 2001, 3G mobile was first commercially launched in Japan.

• Nigam Limited launched 3G in India in 2008.

• Teletalk launched 3G in Bangladesh in 2012.

4. Fourth Generation: The latest mobile phone technology introduced in 2009 is 4G technology. This technology has ensured improved security while providing more convenience than before.

Features:

1. Use of cellular wireless standards.

2. Data transfer at around 100 Mbps. Three-dimensional image display system.

3. Use of a high-quality antenna system.

4. The speed of 4G is 50 times faster than 3G.

What should the processor look at?

The things that we all should keep an eye on are the processor or not; 1. Clock speed 2. Number of course 3. cache memory 4. FBS 1. Clock Speed: It is also called GH2. All processors are written on. Clock speed means how fast your computer can work. That's what this signal means. The speed of the processor is known through this clock speed, how fast the calculation can be done. 2. Number of Cores: The more cores the processor has, the faster the processor can work. If I give an example to explain the matter, I hope you can understand it very easily. Suppose if a person had many hands, then he could do many things at the same time. That is, if we go to the market and buy a smartphone, then we will see what the configurations of the phone are.
